Movex moves into the future

Dear Movex customer,

We would like to inform you of some changes within our organization. Since February 1, Movex has a new owner and CEO in the form of Pär Hartung. Pär has extensive experience in IT and digitalization and has previously held leading roles at software companies.

Terje will continue to work for the company and will have primary responsibility for the operation and support of Movex, as well as being the main contact for existing customers in these matters.

The team is also being reinforced with two technical resources who will work part-time on preparing and initiating Movex's transition to a more modern technical platform.

It is a highly regarded product among our customers, and we hope to grow and help even more moving companies find a more efficient way of working with Movex. Movex has been around for over 20 years, and our ambition is to ensure that it will be around for at least another 20 years,” says Pär Hartung.

 “It feels great to have found someone who wants to take Movex forward in the long term and further develop the product. I am also very happy that we have found a good arrangement where I can continue to work with Movex and contribute to the journey ahead,” says Terje, founder of Movex.

Future-proofing the technical platform

To secure Movex's technological future, a transition to a more modern technical platform will be required in the long term. This is a long-term project that will continue over the coming years, with the goal of having the new version ready in the fall of 2027.

The current Movex version will continue to be maintained as before, while a new version is being developed.

New support email

As the number of people working at the company grows, we need to manage all support issues and customer requests in a shared email inbox. We therefore ask that you send these issues to support@movex.se instead of sending them directly to Terje. However, Terje will remain primarily responsible for the email inbox and will usually be the one responding to your customers.
