Kiviks Express time and receives praise from the Swedish Tax Agency thanks to Movex
With only two people in the office, Kiviks Express manages around 20 removals a day, resource planning for 25 employees, weekly trips between Skåne and Mälardalen, and a 2,200 m² warehouse – all of which is handled in Movex. Before Movex – paper, calendars, and double work
Before Movex, we used Google Calendar, paper printouts, and binders. There was a lot of paperwork, and order placement, staffing, and time reporting took an unnecessary amount of time. It was also challenging to get an overview of capacity and how much more work we could take on.

1. Customer web → Order
The customer fills out the web form on the website – the information is sent directly to Movex as a request and can be converted into an order with just a few clicks.
2. Planning & time registration
In just a few minutes, Elisabeth can place an order, schedule a driver and express workers in the calendar, and send the assignment to her mobile phone.

3. The Movex app for the field
Field workers always have all their assignments available in their pocket – addresses, customer details, schedules, and all documents/images that the office has added to the order are immediately visible in the app. Drivers and express workers register their working hours, note any damage, and upload images that are saved to the order in real time. This reduces the number of calls to the office, ensures accurate reporting, and saves valuable time.
"Drivers and express workers appreciate the simple time registration in the app and that they can keep track of their hours worked and their upcoming pay," says Elisabeth Larsson.
"Drivers can see everything they need on their mobile phones, and we don't need to use manual notes anymore – that's worth its weight in gold," says Emil Falk.
4. The Fortnox connection
Finished items, prices, and RUT information are transferred to Fortnox – the invoice is sent without double registration.

Tax Agency conducts audit – Kiviks receives praise
All working hours, vehicles, and RUT calculations are saved for each order in Movex. When the Swedish Tax Agency conducted a random check of six RUT applications in early 2025, Kiviks Express was able to retrieve everything in a matter of minutes.
Emil Falk, Operations Manager, recalls: "The Tax Agency was so pleased that they called to express their appreciation. It is difficult to imagine how we would manage without Movex today."
Storage – 2,200 square meters under full control
Kiviks Express 2,200 square meters of storage space, where every box and pallet space is managed in the Movex storage module. In the visual warehouse map, all spaces are color-coded according to status—booked, available, or soon available. Invoicing documentation is created automatically using recurring orders in Movex.
"With Movex, we can immediately see which boxes are about to be released and can fill gaps without any hassle," says Emil Falk.
The result is fewer empty spaces, faster billing, and a comprehensive overview for everyone involved.
